Samen met pianist Wolfert Brederode speelt Joost Lijbaart sinds 2005 in duo. Het duo bracht het album ‘One’ uit en trad op op vele grote festivals in Europa en Azië.
Lijbaart en Brederode zijn in staat om als duo hun instrumenten zo te combineren dat beide instrumenten samensmelten tot één instrument. One.
